Cancellations, Returns, and Changes:

The custom nature of Windmill Apparel orders and products dictate that cancellations and returns are only permissible for misspelled or defective materials (open seam, miscolored, etc.). Requests for returns will be determined when possible and may involve an additional fee. If these situations occur, we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Once an online order has been placed, any changes must be made within two hours, or the order is considered firm. No exceptions.
